Loved Amsterdam, the hotel was fabulous and incredible in centre of the city. The location was stunning - just next door to central station, dam square and all major attractions. Had nice dainties at Mondial Crepes, located very close to the venue. The room was functional, moreover cozy with a view.

The hotel property was bright with particularly good location close enough to cafes and all tourist spots as well as the airport by train. The stuff where ready to help and provided very good customer service. Moreover, there was public parking available for gbp 24 per day.

The newly renovated superior king room with a view exceeded expectations despite not appearing very attractive in the photos.

The hotel with spotless and well-appointed rooms, in a nice area, directly opposite the Station...

The room was new-fashioned and soundproof, provided us with bath robes, it was a such wonderful stay all in all.

The breakfast options are delicious and varied, with toast and hot choices, while the room is comfortable and equipped with a nice temperature adjustment, plus they provide a wake-up service.

We had a fantastic stay in Amsterdam for 2 days. The hotel was fairly clean.- The location was unbeatable right across from the train station.- The breakfasts were sensational, we really enjoyed it.

Nothing at all. I liked everything.

Location in front of the excellent Central Station, next to the Damrak, a perfect place, and 5 minutes from the Dam Square . Very comfortable bed, including pillows. Good shower and good general cleanliness. Fairly decent breakfast buffet, except for the coffee machine, always with queues and regular operation. Correct staff, without being friendly. Quick check-in and check-out. Window overlooking the station, good view. Very complete kettle and well-stocked mini bar, although we don't use it.

If you don't ask for it, they don't clean your room until mid-afternoon, something unheard of in my many hotel stays. wardrobe has little space for two people, there isn't much room for two suitcases in the room either. They don't offer complimentary water, not even on the day of arrival. buffet is very pleasant, dimensions are small for so many customers. Long queues form. We asked for information about the tram, information provided was incorrect. Fortunately we were able to sort it out, thanks to our good command of English. tram driver helped us. In spite of this, stay was very pleasant, we were not disappointed by the establishment.
